When placing an order with Happy Ever After Wedding Accessories you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as shown below.

Privacy Information

Happy Ever After Wedding Accessories is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.  When placing an order with Happy Ever After Wedding Accessories we only collect relevant information from you including your name, address (your own and delivery address if this is different), telephone number and e-mail address to process your order.  We do not share your personal information with any third parties.

Tiara and Wedding Accesory Information

Please be aware that items are individually handmade to order and therefore items and colours may slightly vary from those shown on the website and from piece to piece.  The terms 'silver' and 'gold' refer only to the colour or plating of the wire, bead or metal.  Any Sterling Silver items will be identified as such in the product description.

Some of the items are made from silver & gold plated and silver wire and which may tarnish over time, especially if left unboxed .  To avoid this, try not to handle the item too much before the event and we recommend that you store your tiara in the box supplied wrapped in tissue paper if possible.  Hairspray and perfume should be sprayed before adding your tiara or accessory.

Children should be supervised when wearing any of the tiaras or accessories, as they include small parts and wire which may cause choking.  
Happy Ever After Wedding Accessories does not except any liability for inappropriate use of any items bought from us.

Placing and Order and delivery

To place an order, please complete the order form and e-mail to happyeverafter@talktalk.net.  We will confirm that your order has been received by e-mail.  You can also order by telephone.
If you would like to discuss the options available for a certain item (eg, colour availability or changes to a certain style to suit your own requirements), please do not hesitate to contact us.  Our details are on the 'Contact Us' page.

Every tiara is handmade to order. Please specify your required delivery date when you place your order with us.  We normally require 4 weeks notice to complete an order, although some smaller items may be available for dispatch earlier.  If your order is urgent please let us now and we will prioritise your order to make sure that it is ready in time for your big day! 
Once your order has been placed you have the right to cancel within 7 days of placing the order.  If you have requested a shorter delivery time (ie 2 weeks or less), you have the right to cancel within 3 days of placing your order.

Please ensure that you have checked your order carefully before sending to us, as any changes to the design may extend the delivery time and may also incur an additional cost for extra materials.

Delivery Charges

Items will normally be sent by first class Royal Mail and the cost of delivery and packaging will be notified with confirmation of your order.  As a rough guide, tiaras cost approx £3.00 postage & packaging. 

Payment

As each piece is handmade to order, payment in full is required before your order can be processed. Payment can be made by cheque or cash (this option is available if you live locally and wish to pay by cash).  Cheques should be payable to Mrs S Coulthard.  Please be aware that work will not start on your order until your cheque has been cleared by the bank.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Please note that our tiaras and wedding accessories (including hair accessories and jewellery) are handmade to order to individual specifications and therefore cannot be refunded. In the unlikely event that your tiara is damaged or faulty in any way when it reaches you, please notify us within 3 days, and return the item to us in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt.  We will then contact you to discuss either a replacement item or a refund if appropriate.   We regret we cannot refund the postage costs.
